About The Role
We are looking to hire an enterprising UI/UX designer with a growth mindset who can work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment and has an insatiable hunger to craft moments of user delight.
Responsibilities
Plan user interviews, research - both generative & desk research.
Map them into user journeys , pain points, needs & persona's.
Make low fidelity frames to express, align with the team & then execute high fidelity.
Establish brand personality, user onboarding & end to end flow.
Get large scale feedback during the design phase in a non-leading manner to iterate , before passing it on to the Engineering team.
Requirements
Must have portfolio with 8-10 UI/UX projects to showcase.
4+ Years of experience on end to end user centric design.
An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites.
Experience with mobile and/or web-based design.
Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, and UXPin.
