About The Role
We are looking for result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Identify target customers and markets for freshfruits and vegetable domain.
Present, promote and sell our services toexisting and prospective customers.
Collect and maintains sales records required to track,review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain positive relationships withexisting and potential customers.
Conducting market research to find answers about customers’     requirements, habits and trends.
Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Attend meeting, sales events and training.
Report and provide feedback to management usingfinancial statistical data.
Manage your client database within your assigned territory     Requirement.
Min 1-3 year of experience in sales (Fresher may apply).
Communication, B2C Sales, Sales and Marketing campaigns, market research, data analytics etc.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player
Good time-management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, convincing and interpersonal     skills.
Self-motivated and driven.
Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
Computer use competency.
MBA/ BBA in Marketing degree or equivalent.
Rs. 300000-400000 Fixed + Incentives
